Your entire family is invited to worship with us on Easter Sunday, April 16. Service starts at 11:00. Just click here for directions.
Once you arrive, ushers will be readily available to help show you around. Guest parking is on the west side of the church, near the Nursery and Children’s Wing.
What to Expect
Dress is casual…unless you want to dress up. It’s not about what you’re wearing, it’s about worshiping the Savior. Feel free to come just as you are.
The service will start at 11:00, and conclude about 12:05. The music style is blended, both contemporary and familiar, traditional songs. The service will include some singing, scripture reading, prayer, and preaching.
You are welcomed to take family pictures outside or inside around the beautiful flower arrangements.
Childcare
Childcare is provided for children through age 3. Parents receive an electronic pager in the rare event the childcare workers would need to reach you during the service.
Free Gift For All Children
Children through the 5th grade will receive a special gift to make Easter Sunday memorable.
Children Invited to Participate in Flowers on the Cross
First Baptist Church has a long standing tradition of having all aged children place flowers on a wooden cross up on the platform as part Easter Sunday worship. It is completely voluntary, and there will be parents helping coordinate the children in the foyer. Flowers will be provided, but parents are asked to make sure their child is in the foyer a few minutes before services start.
